HK-2000型原子發(fā)射光譜儀，是多元素順序測(cè)量的分析測(cè)試儀器。該儀器由掃描分光器、射頻發(fā)生器、試樣引入系統(tǒng)、光電轉(zhuǎn)換、控制系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、分析操作軟件組成。等離子體是在三重同心石英炬管中產(chǎn)生。炬管內(nèi)分別以切向通入氬氣，炬管上部繞有紫銅負(fù)載線圈〈內(nèi)通冷卻水〉當(dāng)高頻發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生的高頻電流通過線圈時(shí)，其周圍產(chǎn)生交變磁場(chǎng)，使少量氬氣電離產(chǎn)生電子和離子，在磁場(chǎng)作用下加速運(yùn)動(dòng)與其它中性原子碰撞，產(chǎn)生更多的電子和離子，在炬管內(nèi)形成渦流，在電火花作用下形成等離子炬(即等離子體)，這種等離子體溫度可達(dá)10000k左右。
